This charming terraced residence is situated along Walsall Road in the heart of Lichfield, Staffordshire.
With a desire for expanded dining and living spaces, our client sought to enhance their home. The solution was the construction of a rear extension. At its center, a meticulously positioned roof lantern generously bathes both existing and newly created areas in natural daylight. Newly installed full glazed bifold doors not only provide a captivating view of the rear garden but also serve as additional sources of natural light.
In line with the client's aspiration for a cosy and inviting atmosphere, we embraced a rustic design approach, further elevating the interior ambiance. To achieve this, a new fireplace was thoughtfully introduced within the proposed extension.
Stepping into the garden, we've thoughtfully included a charming terrace adorned with tastefully decorated seating, offering an idyllic outdoor retreat.
