This captivating domestic project is situated on Woodhouses Road in Burntwood.
The residence's capacity became insufficient to comfortably accommodate the entire family. In response, the client sought a proposal for alterations and extensions. A garage, which obstructed the space adjacent to the house, was repositioned closer to the site access, necessitating a rearrangement of the driveway. An extension was skillfully erected, providing additional space for the kitchen, dining, living room, as well as the incorporation of a study and utility room on the ground floor. On the first floor, two bedrooms and an additional bathroom were thoughtfully added.
Given the house's idyllic location on the village periphery, it boasts breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. Consequently, our team devoted considerable attention to the design of the rear garden, resulting in the creation of a new patio, seating area, and meticulously landscaped surroundings."
