Change of use of existing building to Maserati showroom facility.
Presenting a comprehensive proposal for a Maserati dealership showroom, strategically located along Ascot's esteemed High Street.
The existing premises were previously occupied by another reputable used car sales brand.
Our visionary design introduces a meticulously planned three-storey edifice, thoughtfully organized to encompass a state-of-the-art new car showroom, an advanced service workshop, and well-appointed office spaces. Additionally, the site features an impressive display of our distinguished inventory of pre-owned vehicles. Aside from the planned canteen renovation, no alterations are envisaged for the first floor.
Our design approach places paramount emphasis on precision and compliance with the latest brand guidelines, ensuring an exquisite representation of the Maserati brand.
