We present our proposal for the prestigious Maserati dealership, ideally situated in the esteemed Cranbrook Way, Solihull.
This impressive 2-storey building embodies automotive excellence, housing a captivating new cars showroom and state-of-the-art service workshop dedicated to Maserati and Porsche cars, the latter being part of a neighboring facility. The facility also boasts thoughtfully designed offices, ensuring efficiency and professionalism in every aspect of the dealership. To complement this, an expansive used cars display area on-site showcases a diverse range of vehicles.
One of the distinguishing features of this project is the inclusion of a spare car storage area on the rooftop deck of the building, optimizing space utilization and providing secure storage for additional inventory.
It's paramount to note that our entire design philosophy is meticulously aligned with the latest brand guidelines, ensuring that every facet of the dealership resonates with the brand's identity and values.
