Following the successful launch of TOUT's Cleeve centre, a proposal for development in Taunton.
The proposed project entails the development of Nerrols Neighbourhood Centre, characterized by the construction of a new three-story building. This versatile structure is designed to accommodate a range of commercial enterprises on its ground floor, including a convenient retail store, an inviting lounge bar/restaurant, a premium hair and beauty salon, office spaces, and dedicated areas for food production and despatch.
A total of 36 modern apartments will be thoughtfully designed and incorporated on the first and second floors of the building. The forecourt area will feature the installation of electric vehicle charging points, aligning with sustainable transportation practices. Furthermore, plans encompass the creation of petrol and diesel forecourts, complete with protective canopies. A beautifully landscaped parking area and expansive community and public open spaces on the land adjacent to Nerrols Drive will enhance the overall appeal and functionality of this ambitious development.
